Extrasensory Perception in Dreams Through Emotions and Symbols #3

Connection with the Real World

The return to this experience occurred in 2012 when the author first learned of the concept of Planet Nibiru, which triggered a rush of memories. This idea was proposed by the well-known writer and proponent of the paleocontact theory, Zecharia Sitchin. He claimed that when read literally, Sumerian texts and the Bible tell the story of a large volcanic planet that periodically enters the solar system and is home to ancient aliens—the legendary gods. Sitchin wrote numerous books attempting to prove this theory, which was criticized by the scientific community for a lack of solid evidence. However, the idea became popular in mainstream culture.

The author read Sitchin’s books, as well as available translations of Sumerian texts, the Bible, and apocrypha, and concluded that the hypothesis about Nibiru was based on rather indirect and ambiguous evidence. However, it was astonishing that Sitchin’s description of this planet closely matched what the author had seen. Although the planet’s appearance initially seemed inexplicable, later satellite photos of Earth and other planets revealed very similar details, such as lava flows, illuminated cities seen through clouds at night, and cosmic videos of storms. Imagining a volcanic planet with frequent storms and shifting clouds would closely match what was seen in the dream.

Furthermore, Sitchin’s theory and its connection with the Bible provided meaning to previously disconnected elements—the unreadable text, the flood, the Earth without water, the Garden of Eden, the transformation into a giant, and an analogy of the coming heavenly kingdom as a planet. It also included the idea of receiving information through dreams. At a minimum, it appears that the dream provided insight into Sitchin’s idea, which already existed at the time but was unknown to the author. Additionally, the similarity between what was seen and current scientific representations of similar wandering planets, which the author was previously unaware of, is intriguing. There is a type of object known as a “wandering infrared star,” also called a brown dwarf. Objects that are somewhere between a planet and a star may also exist, and it’s possible that one of them is now moving toward the solar system unnoticed amid the stars.

The hypothesis of a ninth planet in the solar system is also plausible—another massive planet whose exact parameters remain unknown, but it likely exists. Furthermore, this dream acted as a sort of key to information, which opened up through associations triggered by replaying the dream in the mind, but was not part of its content. These associations led to another physics study published in a peer-reviewed beginner’s journal, which was a major accomplishment for the author due to limited initial knowledge of the subject. Based on all of this, the author concluded that extrasensory information perception in dreams might be possible, warranting further study.

Experiments with Out-of-Body State

To test the possibility of receiving information through dreams, the author decided to practice out-of-body experiences (OBE) using a simple technique: lying down, relaxing completely, silencing mental dialogue, focusing on the present moment, and concentrating on breathing. This state was difficult to maintain and required effort, so the initial attempts yielded no results. After numerous such practices, a state close to falling asleep was achieved several times, during which distant voices began to be heard, and unfamiliar faces emerged from the darkness. They constantly morphed, transforming from one to another, with facial features distorted to strongly express different negative character traits and, at times, resembling monsters. They appeared very real, frightening the author and prompting him to open his eyes.

Later, it was determined that under certain unknown conditions, this state could be easily achieved, though other times it was not. The author could observe the faces without fear, controlling their transformations from normal people to fantastic creatures. This resembled an AI video, where continuous changes happen without a coherent narrative, possibly indicating a similar mechanism. Later, an addition to the technique was introduced: the author would assume a spiritually elevated state, imagining himself as radiant and invulnerable. As a result, the visions of faces ceased, and a new state was reached, characterized by increased noise in the head, reminiscent of high-pressure or rapid heartbeat. This effect is often compared to the sound of wind.

During this time, a sense of lightness, heightened clarity of mind, and an ability to perceive the surrounding space with closed eyes, albeit without clear details, developed. This state was almost identical to sleep paralysis but without the paralyzing fear. It also induced a sense of fear that prompted the author to open his eyes. Gradually, the author grew accustomed to this state and was able to stay in it for a while using an intuitive sense of control, though it was challenging. One day, after intense physical exertion, the author was able to enter this state easily. Following standard practice, he attempted to make some movement to feel separate from his body. Intuitively, he performed a forward roll, which felt effortless and was accompanied by a sense of near weightlessness. He was aware of his position on the floor where the roll occurred, and his spatial orientation remained intact from beginning to end.

The space around was entirely dark but gradually began to brighten, resembling a room. This was similar to the first experience of moving into complete darkness, perceived as the vastness of outer space. There were no stars visible, but eventually, a planet appeared, like eyes adjusting to the darkness. In the room, the author could move naturally and encountered his dog, which also reacted to him. There were no other people visible, even though there were people in the house. He decided to fly to the moon and leaped through a closed window. The attempt to fly was unsuccessful. Upon jumping from the height of a first-floor window, he smoothly covered about eight meters on a normal ballistic trajectory, as if gravity were minimal. Flapping his arms had no effect, and upon touching the ground, he woke up.

The space outside the window was similar to reality, but with the moon shining, which was absent in reality, and without objects such as people or cars, as if the level of detail was reduced. In another similar attempt, after sensing his separation from the body, the author managed to sit on the bed. His clarity of consciousness and sense of lightness were heightened, and he immediately saw the room’s space. There was a clear understanding that his body was lying down, but almost immediately, a split in perception occurred between sitting and lying. This was accompanied by an increasing sense of discomfort and clouded consciousness. Once accustomed to this discomfort, he discovered that this is the normal waking state.

In one instance, in an ultra-conscious state, the author found that his body was no longer human as usual, but was perceived as an oval field with a faint glow, within which something like a nervous system pulsed, with a main column and branches resembling electrical currents. This strongly resembled common depictions of the human aura, which the author had seen before but now perceived very distinctly. This state was accompanied by intense vibration noise, a sensation of enormous power, a sense of weightlessness, and awareness of potentially traversing space extremely quickly, which was already perceived beyond the room. The weightless oval body remained on the bed, and the author woke before understanding how it could move.

Most other attempts ended in the initial stage of perceiving the surrounding space and separation from the body without any action. In one isolated case, awareness came in a dream, and the author found himself hovering near the ceiling. There was a sense of complete freedom, with the only reason to return being responsibility to loved ones. The setting was brighter than in reality.
